Other applicable charges:
- Late payment: 5% monthly on overdue balances
- Structuring, advisory and disbursement: 4% + VAT
- Formalization: 1% (personal) or 0.75% (mortgage)
- Debt insurance: 0.70 per thousand
- Share acquisition: 1% of credit (minimum $20)

Main Requirements:
- Minimum credit score of 538, no delinquency (max. 3 days) and no over-indebtedness
- Be from the private sector, homeowner, salary greater than $500
- Contributing to AFP and ISSS with minimum 1 year of job seniority
Required Guarantees:
- Up to $5,000: 1 co-debtor
- Up to $10,000: 2 co-debtors
- More than $10,000: mortgage guarantee
Terms:
- Personal: up to 6 years
- Mortgage: up to 25 years
